WHAT ARE THE RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURES?
The return and exchange period is 15 days. The product you will return must have undamaged package, not used, not washed, not damaged as a result of usage error, and must be resalable.
There is a Exchange and Return Request Form on the back of the invoice sent to you with the product. If your request is for return, fill in the return form, if it is an exchange, fill in the exchange form as requested in the form.
Invoice submission is mandatory for returns. Make sure that you send your products with the invoice and it will not fall out of the package during shipping.
You must send the products you want to return or exchange via cargo in order to receive a correct and fast service. If the campaign product is not returned, the discount amount of the campaign will be excluded from the refund.
If the return period is exceeded, the refund cannot be made. Orders can be cancelled only if the order has not been shipped.

HOW CAN I RETURN?
You should return the products that you want to return/exchange in 15 days. The product you are returning must be unwashed, spotless, not torn or not have any missing pieces, meaning it must be resalable. There is a Return Form and Exchange Form behind the invoice. Fill the form according to your demand, return or exchange. In exchange demands, make sure that the product codes are correct and in return demands, make sure that your IBAN number is correct. For returns, invoice submission is a must. You should place your invoice in a way it will not fall during the transfer and send it with the products. You must return your package with cargo companies to get a correct and fast service. However, if you don't return the campaign product in your order, the cost of the campaign product will be excluded from your refund. WHICH PRODUCTS CAN I RETURN?
You can return the products that you are not satisfied with for any reason in 15 days from the delivery if the products have their original package and labels and not used.
HOW DOES THE RETURN PROCESS WORK?
When your return products get delivered to us and the approval process is done, we will inform you and start the refund process. The refund process may take 15 days depending on the payment transaction process of your bank. Our Customer Service Center will contact you via call, SMS or E-mail if the payment type of your order is Cash-At-The-Door. If the payment type of your order is credit card, the refund will be made directly to your bank account.
HOW CAN I TRACK THE RETURN PACKAGE?
You will be informed via e-mail or SMS after the return package gets delivered to us.
HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED IF MY PAYMENT IS IN INSTALLMENTS?
The refund of the orders which are paid in installments will be made to your credit card as the total cost. The refund that is made at once by Modaselvim will be reflected on your statement as a minus (-) and a plus (+) amount during the month in which the installments are made according to the bank procedure.
CAN I EXCHANGE?
If the products you send for exchange are not used, contaminated or altered, must be returned with its accessories, gifts and if any, package within 15 days at the latest from the date of delivery. Filling the form that is placed behind the invoice in package correctly and full, you can send the products with Ptt kargo (102426692) or Aras (1727844311038) without paying any fee. All cargo fees of exchange belong to our company (except for the campaing products). You can exchange the products purchased with shawl-dress campaign on the cart. Do not place a new order or do not demand a product reservation by contacting our company. After the products you send gets delivered to us, the products that you demand will be sent in 48 hours without any cargo fee if they are in-stock. If the products that you demand are out-of-stock, you will be contacted by our Customer Service and you will be requested to either choose a new product or be refunded. You will be informed via SMS after the exchange process is completed and your package has been delivered to cargo company. NOTE: If the products you send for exchange exceed 15 days deadline and are used, unresalable, and the package (if any) is damaged. If the products arrive without the invoice, (if any) accessories or gifts, the return/exchange will not be accepted and the package will return to you (you will be informed via SMS) as receiver payment. You need to pay the cargo fee if you want to send the products with a cargo company you agree. Otherwise, the package will not be accepted and it will return to you. You have to notify us if your products are damaged or missing. Otherwise, your request will not be accepted. Exchange can be made only once. For the request of exchange second time, your request will not be accepted and you will be refunded. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order with your order number and contact information by calling our Customer Service Center.
I CANCELLED MY ORDER. WILL THE SHIPPING PRICE BE REFUNDED?
If your cancelled order is not delivered to shipping company, the whole cost including the shipping price is refunded.
CAN I PLACE THE ORDER THAT I HAVE CANCELLED BEFORE?
You can order anytime you want if the products are in-stock. In case of out-of-stock products, you can click to 'Alert When In Stock' and get e-mails about prouduct stock.
