Which shipping should I send the product I want to return / exchange?

 

•You can use the Aras Kargo or contract that we have agreed to send and receive.

Log in to your membership and click on the Exchange/Return button in the My Orders section. Select the product to be exchanged/returned, the reason for the exchange/return and the quantity of the product. Make your shipping selection. You can access your return shipping code from the My Orders page and the notification message sent to your mobile phone. Return / Exchange period is 15 days after the order is delivered. You must deliver your package to the cargo branch within 7 days from the date you receive the Return / Exchange code. Return home pickup service is only available for orders delivered via Kargoist.
